Palm Kernel Expeller (PKE) is a byproduct of palm oil extraction containing 17% protein and 11.7 MJ/kg of energy. It is suitable for feeding most classes of livestock when introduced slowly and can be fed to dairy cows at up to 6kg per cow per day. PKE should be stored in a dry area away from pests.
